ESAB PSF 405 MIG Torch Replacement

The ESAB PSF 405 Style MIG torch is designed for GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding) and serves as a key tool in semi-automatic welding. It ensures a stable and high-quality weld by efficiently feeding both the welding wire and shielding gas into the welding zone.

Built for demanding applications, this torch has a current rating of 400A for CO₂ and 350A for mixed gas at a 60% duty cycle. It is compatible with the 0468.502.00X series contact tips, supporting electrode diameters from 0.6mm to 1.6mm, allowing flexibility for various welding requirements.

①Special Neck Shape

The Swan Neck can be adjusted to 12 positions for better control and accessibility. Loosen the plastic nut, pull it out by 20mm, rotate to the desired position, and retighten. A stopper prevents over-rotation.For more details, please contact us.

CuCrZr contact tips provide extended service life and are available in sizes ranging from 0.6mm to 1.6mm. Nozzles come in two variations: basic and insulated bushing types.
If a smaller-diameter nozzle is needed, it can be ordered separately as a spare part. Additionally, the neck type can be replaced when required.
Important! The nozzle includes a spatter protection device, preventing welding spatter from entering the neck and ensuring longer durability.
